Having a cavity filled is never on the top of anyone’s to-do list, but having a compassionate doctor and dental hygienist makes the experience much easier. Dr. Drosinksi and staff are extremely professional, kind, and welcoming. Dr. Drosinski made sure to explain each step of the procedure and checked in many times to ask how I was doing.

I originally visited this office to repair a cracked filling. While the filling was repaired, the final result was disappointing. The restoration had a visible defect/underfilled area near the front side of the tooth that concerned me from the beginning. During treatment, two additional teeth with cavities under existing fillings were identified and treated. Both of those teeth eventually required root canals, and one later required a crown. I understand that deep decay can sometimes lead to root canal treatment despite everyone’s best efforts. However, I do not feel that the risks, alternatives, and potential outcomes were explained clearly enough before treatment for me to make a fully informed decision. I also experienced problems with a front tooth filling that resulted in an excessively tight contact and required multiple follow-up adjustments. Even after those visits, I remained dissatisfied with the quality of the work. My biggest concern was communication and how concerns were handled. I often felt rushed during appointments, and when I raised questions about the quality of the restorations or discomfort I was experiencing, I did not feel that my concerns were taken seri

Best dentist I have ever been to! And I have been to a bunch. They are amazing here! This is forever my dentist office. Not only do they communicate everything, but while they were checking my teeth they told me what was going on at that moment. Very thorough and very clear. They also gave me the name to a wonderful Orthodontics office that even helped me straighten my teeth and I am so grateful for both places! I will say the day I booked my appointment I remember calling three different dentist office. And I picked this one because they were so polite over the phone they were willing to work with me with my schedule and even was kind enough to answer my silly little questions. I no longer have a fear of going to the dentist!
